Accounting Supervisor

Work Set-up : Onsite

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project profitability in compliance with IFRS / GAAP and real estate regulations.
• Compliance & Controls : Ensure adherence to tax laws and regulatory requirements; maintain strong internal controls and support external audits.
• Accounts Oversight : Manage payables, receivables, payroll, collections, and cost tracking for property acquisitions, developments, and sales.
• Leadership : Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promote efficiency, and uphold standards of integrity and accountability.
• Strategic Support : Provide financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment insights to guide management decisions and business strategy.
