As a Rostering officer, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning,
maintaining and scheduling casual, part-time and full-time staff shifts along with
potential interactions with clients (split shifts may be required)
Key Responsibilities :
shifts are filled
mandatory staff training
procedures
staffing and rostering related tasks as required
shift changes and generate / publish new rosters fortnightly
maintenance of Company records databases
are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally
expected from persons occupying positions at this classification
level.
seek approval from the relevant manager before rostering these
shifts.
following set instructions.
shifts or staff availability concerns—to your manager in a timely
manner.
support forward planning and workforce coordination.
Qualifications :
particularly knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in a
similar industry.
administration, quality management or related discipline
(Preferred)
Systems and Microsoft Office 365
with staff and managers to coordinate shifts.
busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to
detail.
