JOB REQUIREMENTS

✨Bachelor’s degree

✨With 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable

✨Amendable to work in shifting schedule

✨Amendable to work in Pampanga City

✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✨ Receive, review, and validate invoices and expense reports to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.

✨ Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receipts in the accounting system.

✨ Assign invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.

✨ Keep vendor information accurate and current.

✨ Reconcile accounts payable records and address any inconsistencies or issues.
