About the role

Our Company is seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead and drive the overall business operations with one of our agency. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions to support the organization's growth and long‑term success. This is a full‑time position based in Metro Manila.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide leadership and direction to the management team, setting clear goals and objectives to enhance the company's performance
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies, plans and procedures to meet the organization's financial and operational targets
  • Oversee all business functions, including finance, operations, HR, and marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and synergy across the organization
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also managing risks and challenges effectively
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer‑centric work culture to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events, build strategic partnerships, and engage with key stakeholders to enhance the organization's profile and reputation
  • Constantly monitor the market, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the General Management industry
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and business growth
  • Proficient in managing and leading cross‑functional teams, with a focus on developing and empowering people
  • Thorough understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate and lead through change and uncertainty
