Description
The Senior Manager for Special Projects & Strategy will serve as a cross-functional leader for the companys highest-impact initiatives. This role is responsible for leading strategic projects end-to-end from problem definition and data analysis to execution and stakeholder management and will act as a key bridge between leadership operations and external partners. This individual must be highly analytical commercially sharp and comfortable operating in ambiguity. The role requires someone who can distill complex data into executive-level insights interface confidently with senior leadership and investors and drive execution across multiple teams.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy execution and leadership. You will work directly with founders and the senior team to shape how the company grows scales and competes. If you want exposure to how decisions are REALLY made and how companies actually move this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Special Projects
- Lead business-critical projects with direct impact on growth profitability operations or partnerships
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear workplans timelines and deliverables
- Own initiatives from concept through rollout across departments
2. Data & Insight Generation
Translate large datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsBuild models dashboards and analysis to support decision-makingCreate clear executive presentations and summaries for leadershipAct as internal translator between analytics and business teams3. Stakeholder & Executive Management
Present insights recommendations and progress updates to leadershipPrepare investor decks metrics and strategic narrativesSupport fundraising board and partnership discussions with data and direction4. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with Operations Product Marketing Finance and Legal teamsAlign diverse stakeholders toward shared objectivesPush execution without formal authority5. Business Development & Partnerships

58 years experience in strategy consulting operations investment or startupsStrong analytical background with ability to work hands-on with dataProven ability to manage high-value projects from end-to-endComfortable communicating with senior leadership and external stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environmentsStrong commercial judgment and business intuitionAdvantageous
