About the Role
We’re looking for a Level 2 Application Support Analyst to help ensure that business applications run smoothly and efficiently for end users. You’ll troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.

⏰ Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

What You’ll Do
Investigate and resolve application issues escalated from Level 1 Support.
Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes and provide effective solutions or workarounds.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve incidents and improve processes.
Respond to major (P1) incidents promptly, even outside normal work hours when required.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and service records.
Contribute to process and service improvements to reduce recurring issues.
Support problem and change management activities.
Share knowledge and assist with training or onboarding new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of experience in Application Support , Incident Management , Problem Management , or Change Management .
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fast learner with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Flexible to work on shifting schedules or extended hours when needed.
Willing to travel occasionally if required.
