Position Overview:
Join a well-established construction firm as a Remote Accountant. You'll play a critical role in managing accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and general ledger activities. The company currently uses QuickBooks and is transitioning to Sage Intacct, so experience with Sage Intacct is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process AR, billing, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

• Assist with the software transition from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy

• Provide support during audits or financial reviews

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry

• Proficiency in QuickBooks; Sage Intacct experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
