Job descriptionResponds to customer inquiries by phone (inbound and outbound), e-mail, or chat to provide problem resolution. Deliver outstanding service to our high-value customers by providing outstanding service and solutions to grow customer relationships. Support different Channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers. Participate in ongoing training and development programs. Achieve or exceed daily / monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 6 moths to 1 year of customer service, support, or any client facing roles experience
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Tagalog and English
- Ability to converse in Bisaya is a plus
- Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working onsite
- Same day hiring, same day offer
