Job Description :
- Review insurance information and verify patient eligibility across various payers.
- Send and respond to occasional emails regarding order statuses or account-related inquiries. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with other administrative or RCM-related tasks as needed.
- Leverage internal systems and RCM software for data verification and task execution.
