Responsibilities :

Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for voice accounts.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers and onshore clients to meet staffing needs.
Keep job postings active and updated on international job boards.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 6 months BPO or customer service experience.

If HS / SHS graduate or undergrad : must have 1 year BPO experience.

Strong English communication skills and a stable work history.

Recruitment experience preferred but not required.

Willing to work onsite at North Edsa
