Technical Business Analyst (AS / 400 / Silverlake) - Banking Domain

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in AS / 400 (IBM iSeries) and / or Silverlake Core Banking systems . The ideal candidate will have solid banking domain knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, support system enhancements, streamline processes, and collaborate closely with technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements and projects.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for AS / 400 or Silverlake-based applications.
• Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or system improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and operations to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support SIT / UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and managing defect resolutions.
• Conduct impact analysis, data mapping, and system configuration activities.
• Support migration, integration, or modernization efforts involving AS / 400 or Silverlake platforms.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, interface documents, and user guides.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, risk, and security standards within banking environments.
• Act as SME for core banking modules such as Payments, Loans, Deposits, GL, Credit, and Customer
