As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the frontline support for our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service across phone, email, or chat. You’ll ensure that every interaction delivers a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
Resolve complaints and issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system
Escalate complex cases to higher support teams when necessary
Meet performance metrics (quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction)
Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and data privacy standards
Qualifications :
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
Fresh Graduates and Career Shifters are welcome to apply
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Good computer literacy and ability to multitask
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
BPO / CSR experience is an advantage but not required
