Job Objective

Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across company’s Shopify online store — by leading site optimisation, promotional execution, and digital performance reporting. This role ensures all eCommerce initiatives complement our B2B retail partnerships and deliver measurable sales and brand impact.

What You'll Do :

You'll be the kind of person who :

1. E-commerce Operations & Site Management

  • Manage and maintain Shopify website(s), including uploading new product listings, optimising existing product pages, and ensuring catalogue accuracy.
  • Continuously seek out and implement user experience (UX) improvements across both sites, aligning with global best practices for e-commerce.
  • Ensure the technical health and smooth functionality of both platforms.

2. Digital Marketing Execution (Email & Promotions)

  • Formulate and send regular email campaigns (promotional, newsletter, lifecycle) to drive sales and engagement.
  • Maintain and distribute the B2C Promotional Calendar, ensuring all offers and product launches are executed accurately across the websites, email, and partner channels.
  • Work to improve post-purchase satisfaction and manage communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • 3. Performance Strategy & Reporting

  • Formulate and implement core growth strategies for e-commerce to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and generate routine performance reports.
  • Maintain and update the overarching B2C strategy docs.
  • 4. Agency & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies managing Paid Marketing (Meta / Google) and organic socials, ensuring alignment with the promotional calendar and overall strategy.
  • 5. Marketplace management / maintenance

  • We currently transact on JB Hi-Fi Marketplace (linked via Mirakl to our Shopify), but will require attention & monitoring. We may also introduce additional marketplaces into the mix in future.
  • Note : Additional responsibilities may be introduced based on the candidate’s experience and company growth priorities.

  • Grow online sales and improve key Shopify metrics like conversion and repeat purchase rate.
  • Boost email engagement and subscriber growth through effective campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate listings, pricing, and presentation across all eCommerce channels.

    Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience

  • Shopify Expertise : Proven hands-on experience managing and operating a D2C store on the Shopify platform.
  • Klaviyo Proficiency : Hands-on experience creating, segmenting, and sending marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or a similar email platform.
  • Google Analytics : Competency in using Google Analytics (preferably GA4) to monitor performance and  extract actionable insights.
  • Other Skills Required

  • Aligned with company’s values – Tech Savvy, Entrepreneurial and Clever;
  • Passionate about consumer electronics and smart-home technology;
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets;
  • Highly self-motivated with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making;
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills;
  • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and 3PL partners;
  • Canva or Photoshop skills for supporting EDMs and promotions preferred;
  • Canva experience is looked up favourably, as there will be some asset creation / adjustments required to support the page maintenance of the Shopify store and creation of EDM campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for internal reporting purposes highly favoured.
