About the role

Reporting into the Operations division, we have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Operations Manager to join the DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. team based in Pampanga. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day contract operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of client contracts, ensuring all service level agreements are met
  • Oversee the planning and scheduling of operations, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve any operational issues or escalations
  • Provide support and guidance to the warehouse operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
  • Regularly review and improve operational processes and procedures

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a contract management or warehousing operations role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and experience in managing complex client contracts
  • demonstrated experience in Contract Management, Commercial, Operations, 3PL, Logistics, and a strong customer‑centric approach, the ideal candidate should possess the agility and potential to rotate across different sectors.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field
