About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Moderation - NON-VOICE ACCOUNT to join the passionate and driven team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions in Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role where you will play a vital part in maintaining the safety and quality of our client's online platforms.
What you'll be doing
Review and assess user-generated content across various digital platforms to identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Utilise your excellent communication skills to provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve content quality
Stay up-to-date with the latest content moderation policies and guidelines to ensure consistent enforcement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content moderation strategies
Maintain detailed records and reporting on your content review activities
What we're looking for
College or Associate Grad + 3 months Customer Facing Experience & in content moderation or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with speed and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to follow detailed guidelines and policies
Familiarity with common digital content formats and platforms
A keen eye for identifying inappropriate, offensive or harmful content
