Position : Mandarin Assistant Area Sales Manager

Industry : Technology Company

Location : Bicol

Schedule : Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm)

Salary : Php 60,000

Work Set-up : Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :

  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level.
  • Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college.
  • Must be willing to do field work within the area of assignment.
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :

  • Assist the Territory Sales Manager in leading, managing, and developing employees’ performances in every department.
  • Communicates and executes sales strategies to help increase sales revenue.
  • Train and guide sales staff to focus on the store’s sales strategies as per company standards.
  • Converse and translate in Mandarin and English languages
  • Build good relationships with clients / dealers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients, dealers, and mall admin.
  • Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities.
  • Leads manages and develops employees’ performances in every department such as rank & File employee, Supervisory, and managerial posts.
  • Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc; measure and track results.
  • Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and sales strategies in the region. Increase sales revenue of specific handled regions. Report on the progress of goals and objectives.
  • Maintains contracts with all clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.
