Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide excellent service, addressing customer concerns or questions efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and report generation.
Support team operations by helping with basic accounting tasks (e.g., tracking invoices, payroll entries, or expense reports).
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of company and customer information.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSR , customer support, or similar role.
Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, report preparation, or basic bookkeeping.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using online tools and office applications (Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, etc.).
Stable remote work setup : reliable internet connection, backup power source, quiet workspace, and noise-cancelling headset for calls.
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
