FUNDPRO MARKETING INTERNATIONAL INC. is in search of a RECRUITMENT OFFICER to join the Recruitment Team and help hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform overall recruitment process : job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding and offboarding
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews
  • Administer appropriate company assessments
  • Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
  • Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
  • Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
  • Complete timely reports on employment activity
  • Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
  • Perform other administrative tasks as deemed necessary

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience is REQUIRED for this position
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Trainable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • With good understanding of social media networks
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • Work Location (onsite) : Quezon City
  • Full-time positions available
