FUNDPRO MARKETING INTERNATIONAL INC. is in search of a RECRUITMENT OFFICER to join the Recruitment Team and help hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform overall recruitment process : job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding and offboarding
- Perform in-person and phone interviews
- Administer appropriate company assessments
- Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
- Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
- Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
- Complete timely reports on employment activity
- Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
- Perform other administrative tasks as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience is REQUIRED for this position
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Trainable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- With good understanding of social media networks
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
- Work Location (onsite) : Quezon City
- Full-time positions available
