Job Overview
We are looking for a CRM Lead who can own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of SMS campaigns for
the brand. This role focuses on retention - driving reactivation, loyalty, and player value through timely,
relevant, and segmented SMS communications across casino, sportsbook, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A / B tests.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
- Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with omnichannel approaches : SMS + Viber + email or push.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.
Salary Package (Specialist) : 30,000.00 – 45,000.00
Salary Package (Lead) : up to 70,000.00
Schedule
Working Hours : 9 hours inclusive of 1 hr break from 8 : 00–10 : 00 AM (flexible start time) to 5 : 00–7 : 00 PM (flexible end time)Working Days : Monday – FridayFull work onsite set up
