Position : Sales Administrative Assistant

Company Industry : Construction Company

Work Location : Taguig City

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (8 : 30am to 7 : 30pm)

Salary : Php 20,000- Php 25,000

Work Set Up : Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

✨ Bachelor Degree Holder

✨ At least 1-2 years of experience Sales Administrative Assistant

✨ Experience in billing and collection accounting is an advantage

✨ Willing to start as soon as possible

✨ Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

✨Manage direct customer invoicing and ensure timely submission of all invoices.

✨Generate monthly accounts receivable reports.

✨Handle order processing, including delivery scheduling and partial shipment coordination.

✨Complete official receipts, collection receipts, and other required client documentation.

✨Process and monitor customer credit applications.
