Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead manage and inspire the Sales and Lead Generation teams ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide mentorship training and performance management to all sales personnel.
  • Establish clear expectations accountability and development plans to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead handoff through discovery solution discussions pilot agreements and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through disciplined CRM usage.
  • Regularly review pipeline health deal velocity and conversion metrics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve and develop core processes across lead generation sales and market research.
  • Continuously evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
  • Support the development and documentation of sales best practices to ensure consistent execution as the business grows.
  • Strategy & Innovation

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with revenue growth and market opportunities.
  • Leverage customer insights market trends and performance data to refine targeting messaging and sales approaches.
  • Test and implement new sales techniques and methodologies to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Sales Tools & Operations

  • Optimize and manage sales tools and platforms to improve efficiency reporting and team productivity.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations including territory planning account management processes and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Create and execute key presentations and sales pitches to effectively secure clients
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to co-develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to influence product development and strategic direction.
  • Align sales efforts with customer needs market opportunities and company objectives.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms sales analytics and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills..
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day sales activities.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing processes and tools for scale.
  • Background in Business Process Outsourcing is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Work Set-up and Requirements

  • Schedule : Schedule : May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Workdays : Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location : Remote-first with once-a-week leadership meetings within NCR
  • Fully comfortable with time monitoring software
  • Desktop / laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) 8GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
