We’re looking for a driven and creative Recruiter to join our Search Team in Manila. This is not your typical recruiting desk job—this is a hunter role. We want someone who thrives on actively finding top talent, picking up the phone, thinking outside the box, and building strong pipelines.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through multiple channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, creative outreach, etc.).
- Apply a sales-driven approach to recruiting—pitching opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Develop creative, personalized strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Keep pipelines updated and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
- Consistently hit and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs .
