Recruitment of prospect members based on target
Responsible for communicating member application status thru any mode of communication
Encode the correctness of data for membership to system
Monitoring and checking of membership recruitment retention
Conduct and achieve membership target and no. of PMEs conducted
KRA 2 MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
Market the cooperatives' products and services to gain prospect members thru collaboration to other agencies and organizations
Suggest potential marketing strategy for promotion
Provide social services to communities
Achieves at least 50% acquisition of loan products and services based on actual recruited member.
KRA 3 SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT
Ensure membership forms and Share Subscription Agreement's accuracy and fully accomplished
Monitoring the increase of Share Capital Subscription
KRA 4 DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLIANCE
In-charge in updating the Branch Registry Book
Initially conducts counselling to withdrawing members
Submit transmittal of reports to the Head office at least twice a month or as necessary
Digitally prepares a Share Capital Certificate only to a member who has fully paid his subscription
