With over 2 million customers and more than 10 million pairs of underwear sold, we’ve built a mid 8-figure apparel brand exclusively online in just three years. As we expand into wholesale distribution, we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
Scope of the Role
This is a high-performance, commission-driven sales role. Success is measured by one metric : sales. The right candidate will have an unstoppable work ethic, a competitive nature, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth through outbound customer outreach (calls, emails, and other methods).
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers, addressing questions and overcoming objections effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and travel to customer accounts for relationship building and merchandising improvements.
