Quality Engineering Sr. Specialist III Japanese precision plant

Provides technical expertise on engineering and improvement projects.

Analyzing process data to identify areas of improvement.

Investigating and resolving quality problems, developing countermeasures, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality performance.

Preparing technical reports and other project documentation.

Providing support to Engineers and team members for the root cause analysis and implementation of improvement activities and evaluations.

Conduct and spearhead meetings if there are any abnormalities or concerns that need to be discussed within the team and / or with other sections.

Provide a plan and / or activity that will improve the process.

• Engineering graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• With at least 7 years of solid working experience as a Process or Improvement Engineer
• With an excellent background in handling projects and improvements
• Can start immediately
