Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly / quarterly forecasts.
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- Track key financial metrics (e.g., revenue, COGS, operating expenses, margins) and highlight variances, risks, and opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly financial statements, management dashboards, and KPI reports with clear commentary and insights.Conduct variance analysis and identify trends affecting financial performance.Support executive leadership with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and data visualizations.Business Partnering
Collaborate with operational, sales, HR, and procurement teams to understand cost drivers and revenue performance.Provide financial guidance to process owners, helping to align decisions with budgetary and strategic goals.Support cross-functional projects, including pricing evaluations, cost optimization, and ROI assessments.Data Integrity & Process Improvement
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data extracted from ERP / BI systems.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes, and improve financial systems.Assist in establishing standardized financial reporting templates and documentation.Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance (adjust for seniority level).Experience with ERP / accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, Workday).Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, modeling).Experience with financial modeling, budgeting tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion), or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization capabilities.Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated business acumen, curiosity, and proactive mindset.Key Competencies
