Position Title : Portfolio Development Manager – Procedures
Department : Brand & Revenue
Reports To : Portfolio Development Head

II. JOB SUMMARY
The Portfolio Development Manager – Procedures is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and innovation of the procedures portfolio. This role manages the full business development lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and shaping the portfolio strategy to leading product innovation, pricing, and key client relationships.
III. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Management
Lead the strategic management of the procedures portfolio, identifying emerging market opportunities.
Monitor and analyze service performance against financial and strategic objectives.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize gross margin.
Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to ensure alignment with healthcare standards and market needs.
2. Innovation Pipeline
Conduct high-level industry and market research to identify trends, technologies, and unmet consumer needs.
Drive the innovation pipeline by evaluating new business ideas and service solutions.
Enhance competitive advantage through effective communication of service offerings.
3. Pricing and Promotions
Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to analyze revenue performance and program mechanics.
Manage pricing strategies, including discounts, promotions, and special pricing agreements.
4. Customer Management
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, distributors, and external partners.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 50% involving project management and / or product marketing.
Capabilities :
Proven ability to execute growth strategies aligned with financial goals and customer satisfaction.
Skilled in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Excellent client relationship management and financial acumen.
