As a Customer Service Representative you will a vital role :
Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails related to financial products and services.
Addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints related to financial transactions and platform usage.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the FinTech company's products and services to effectively guide customers.
Assisting customers with account setup, updates, and navigation.
Accurately recording customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
Adhering to company policies and security protocols, particularly those related to financial transactions and customer data.
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Explaining financial products, services, and digital payment solutions to customers.
Potentially identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial products.
Fostering positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Required Qualifications :
College graduate / undergraduate with 6mos to 1year BPO experience
HS Graduate old curriculum / SHS Graduate with 1year BPO experience
Must be amenable to work in Cyber Park Cubao or in Katipunan QC
Open for night shift
Must be living within NCR or Rizal / Antipolo
