What You’ll be Doing
Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring and coaching? Looking to make a positive impact on the employee experience? This team provides streamlined Identity Management (ID) and application services throughout the employee’s lifecycle. In this role, you’ll coach and develop leaders to make sure they’re on track to meet goals and motivate their teams. You’ll also participate in daily / weekly calls with cross-functional teams to discuss progress of current classes and participate in decisions for future classes. You’ll be a part of the team working to create well defined access, at each level of employment, striving to solve some of today’s evolving information security risks.
You’ll report to the Director You’ll impact the business by creating a positive employee experience through developing team leaders who support employees with access to the tools and systems they need achieve maximum potential in each phase of their career.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Monitor creation, changing, and termination of credentials in multiple TTEC and / or client tools to ensure accuracy and service level agreements are met
Audit tracking of attendance, pay, status, and other lifecycle events in our Agent State Tracking Tool
Schedule, and monitor completion of audits used to validate important coding is complete and accurate in our hiring systems
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure a positive associate onboarding experience
Manage heavy email, text, chat, and phone queues, responding to all communications within defined service level agreements
Work with IT, Site Depots, and Logistics to track and resolve equipment and shipping issues
What You Bring to the Role
4-year minimum related experience in supervisory or managerial level
Ability to identity and mitigate risks
Proven organizational skills and ability to set and meet / exceed objectives
Proven ‘out of the box’ thinking, that has helped to lead or guide the Onboarding Guide or ID Management team in a new direction or change / improve processes
Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint
Strong decision-making skills, ability to manage difficult situations, and de-escalate / diffuse
