Overview

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Retail Experience Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience Management

Create and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Train and guide staff on delivering excellent service.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations.
  • Oversee the layout, cleanliness, lighting, and overall aesthetic of the store.
  • Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to ensure displays are aligned with brand identity and campaigns.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop front-line staff to deliver top-tier service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members.
  • Operations & Standards

    • Ensure daily store operations meet brand standards and guidelines.

  • Monitor staff scheduling, floor coverage, and workflow efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data to understand customer behavior and improve service.
  • Set and track performance KPIs for the store experience.
  • Event & Activation Coordination

    • Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, or promotional activities to drive engagement.

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align in-store experience with broader brand initiatives.
