Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work within an Agile team to design, develop, and maintain Workforce Management (WFM) products and modules. You’ll be responsible for full-stack development using technologies like Java, Spring, Kotlin, and Angular2, while also conducting unit and integration testing. The role requires strong experience in relational databases, RESTful API design, and test automation using JUnit and Cucumber. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to planning and code reviews, and mentor junior developers. This position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and offers exposure to tools like Docker, Git, and AWS.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes :

• Work with a dynamic Agile team and perform complex product development, systems analysis, and programming activities, which may require research and analysis.
• Design, implement, and maintain WFM product modules.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
• Assist with estimation and planning activities.
• Research new technologies or development tools to stay current.
• Review deliverables from other teams, including designs, test plans, and documentation, to identify and resolve gaps between requirements and technical design.
