Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : M-F, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM Midland, TX Time

Responsibilities : Process invoices

Generate checks in QBO

Account recons (cash, fixed assets, AP, AR, etc)

Various other accounting tasks that may arise

Requirements

1-3 years of experience with QBO, Accounting Recons, Excel, and AP

This position needs robust skills in excel. (pivot tables, vlookup, etc)
