Full Stack Developer (Full-time, 100% Remote)

Your contribution would be compensated with competitive wage and benefits. To be successful in this role, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities and meet the requirements.

Responsibilities :

▪ Manage end-to-end process of web development, including cloud storage and app service setup

▪ Understand the needs and requirements of clients and develop application programming

interfaces (APIs) to support functionality

▪ Collaborate with the other developers and other team members to establish objectives and

design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience

▪ Support system integration and user acceptance testing resources, and provide timely defect

analysis, remediation, and reporting

▪ Perform unit and functional testing to ensure the quality of work

▪ Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for

improvement

▪ Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments

and trends

▪ Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new

programming languages, and better assist other team members

▪ Take lead on projects, as needed

Requirements :

▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

▪ 5+ years of experience in related fields

▪ 3+ years of experience in building commercial apps / services

▪ Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python

▪ Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL

▪ Strong understanding of the operating systems, networking, and security

▪ Working knowledge of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools

▪ Experience with Azure, AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms

▪ Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement

▪ Excellent project and time management skills

▪ Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills

▪ Proficiency in using collaborative development tools such as git, Jira, DevOps, etc.

▪ Ability to work independently or with a group

▪ Must be fluent in English

▪ Authorized to work in the Philippines without any restrictions

Work hours / Location / Compensation / Benefits

▪ Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm US Eastern Time (10PM-7AM PH Time)

▪ Location : Anywhere in the Philippines
