Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent Prior Experience & specific skills in terms
- Previous experience for at least 5 years in related field – construction,

The Sales Manager is responsible for both sales / pre-sales, and shallcollaborate with technical, marketing and specifications team.
This role is based in either Cebu / Davao but involves regular travel to our Manila office for key meetings, training sessions and other business- related matters.They must provide customers with technical advice on the use of Leviat brand products and to exploit market opportunities leading to increasingbrand awareness.
They shall develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders construction accessories product segmentsprimarily focusing on REBAR COUPLERS & PRECAST TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS.
They will have to regularly update market intelligence reports on relevantconstruction industry and competition.
Key Responsibilities :
responsible for sales & business development for existing / new products and application fields; not limited to Structural, Façade, Industrial, Data Center, Infrastructure, Buildings, Precast, Tunneling,
MEPF, Power and Renewable Energy.
Conduct presentations in coordination with Technical Department.Research on local construction methods and country specific construction methods.Preparing and working on proposals for quotations, bids or tenders.Organize seminars for customers / design institutes / external product training.Participate in related exhibitions / trade fairs / seminars and related events.Developing & maintaining proper archive of sales, marketing and technical related documents.To perform other duties as necessary to execute core duties or other duties assigned by Country General Manager.
