Setup and Location :  Work From Home

Work Schedule :  8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (AEST) | 6 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM (PH Time)

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, proactively building trusting relationships, handling enquiries, resolving concerns, providing delivery ETAs, and sharing product and service information. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting the success of our operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who :

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly (a sense of urgency is essential).
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Assist with customer orders and enquiries by liaising with our internal business support teams for ERP-related orders, billing, and account matters.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer enquiries, orders, and service requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Business, Communications, or related fields are desirable.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Teams) and experience with CRM is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Requirements

    At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role such as customer success, customer support, or similar roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is advantageous. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
