Role Overview :

As a Video Editor at Pearl Talent, you will create engaging, brand-aligned video content that elevates our online presence and supports our marketing initiatives. This role involves editing long-form and short-form videos, assisting with monthly onsite shoots, and ensuring all multimedia output reflects Pearl’s tone, quality, and visual identity. Ideal for a creative, detail-oriented editor who can work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual style.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Canva; plus working knowledge of other relevant editing tools.
• Experience producing YouTube content (both long-form and short-form) for a company, brand, or organization.
• Ability to work onsite at a coworking space once a month for video shoots and photography sessions.
• Understanding of social media video formats, platform-specific best practices, and posting guidelines (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
