As an Electronics Customer Advisor, you will support customers of a leading US-based electronics brand. Your role includes assisting with product usage, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and guiding customers through their technical concerns. You will act as a bridge between customers and technical solutions, ensuring a positive experience every time.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide product and technical support to customers
Troubleshoot device or electronics-related issues
Assist with warranty claims, returns, and replacements
Document customer cases and solutions for future reference
Qualifications :
College Graduate (no experience required)
K12 / HS Graduate or Undergraduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
Tech-savvy and quick to learn product features
