Job Title : Systems Management Consultant(Hybrid)

Shift : Graveyard / Night Shift

Salary : PHP 123,000 – PHP 134,000 Basic + Allowance

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for desktop applications, including M365 Apps, Adobe, and emulation software.

Manage application lifecycle, version control, and product roadmaps.

Use ServiceNow to resolve incidents, service requests, and deploy configuration changes.

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications.

Create and update documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Collaborate with vendors and advise end-users on product use and availability.

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Stay current with software updates and industry trends.

Requirements :

Undergraduate degree or equivalent IT experience (minimum 5 years).

Strong experience in technical support for desktop applications.

In-depth knowledge of Windows registry, OS (Windows / macOS), and desktop environments.

Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

AI tool usage for research, workflow automation, and analysis.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred :

Experience with remote desktop support, PowerShell scripting, and network troubleshooting.

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL.

Experience creating test plans / test cases.

Knowledge of emulators (IBM Personal Communications, Rocket Software Reflection Desktop).
