TL AISA : Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Administration major in Economics,

Marketing or any equivalent.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic

planning.

3. Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills. Has strong knowledge of business

management principles.

4. Excellent research and data analysis skills. Has a good understanding of research

methods and data analysis techniques.

5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

6. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

7. Good Computer Skills (MS Office).

8. Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision. Has the ability to work

independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.

10. Ability to analyze company procedures and create and implement necessary

improvements.

11. Has a high sense of urgency and can deliver in accordance with the given timeframe

or deadline.

Role Purpose / Job Summary :

1. Responsible for analyzing market conditions to determine the feasibility and potential

profitability of a property and its business opportunities.

2. Review and analyze sales and marketing trends and reports. Prepare summarized

presentations for Management information.

3. Be updated and knowledgeable of industry trends and regulations pertaining to Real

Estate Sales and Marketing effective processes and policies.

4. Assist Sales & Marketing Head and Asst. Head in developing reasonable Sales &

Marketing goals in terms of process and policies improvement.

5. Oversee business operations and ensure that the processes and policies are aligned

with the standard procedure of Sales and Marketing and are distinguished from other

departments.

6. Ensure productivity and efficiency of operations to ensure that the Department’s KRA

is properly set and met.

7. Ensure that proper branding is executed in all projects.

8. Supervise the creation and improvement of Sales and Marketing processes and

policies, and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of progress as needed.

9. Monitor and ensure that the S&M team’s individual development plans are on track

and discuss with the Sales & Marketing Head and Asst. Head needed trainings as per

scheduled and has continuous progress, including continuous development of Sellers.

  • Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM;

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
