We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative (Customer Service Representative) to assist customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent service experience. This role combines relationship-building, product knowledge, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email / chat
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Promote and sell products while meeting or exceeding sales targets
Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and service goals
Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM software, email, MS Office)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
Work Environment
Retail store, call center, office, or remote setting (depending on company)
