The Construction Manager is responsible for overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from start to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee daily construction operations and site activities
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
Review plans, method statements, and progress reports
Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
With proven experience in construction project management
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project controls
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
Proficient in reading plans, specifications, and technical documents
