Software Developer - Hybrid Set Up - Taguig City Office

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with strong experience in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building efficient, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2–3 years experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer.

Backend : 2–3 years in Java and Spring Boot.

Frontend : 2–3 years in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

NodeJS and ReactJS : 2–3 years development experience.

Capable of coding — coding exam required by client.

Experience with Kubernetes deployment and management.

Familiarity with architectural and integration patterns (Pub / Sub, Queues, APIs, Databases).

Exposure to API Design and UI / UX Development.

Strong communication, decision-making, and code quality focus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of microservices architecture or distributed systems.

Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, or RHOCP.

Exposure to Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.

Experience with serverless architectures.

Job Description

Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Develop and implement simplified, customer-focused business logic.

Conduct seasonal R&D and innovation sprints to enhance technical skills.

Collaborate with project managers to align timelines and deliverables.

Maintain system stability by identifying and fixing bugs.
