Remote Dispatcher

The Role :

Good day! Our Company is based in Atlanta, GA. USA and we are looking for remote workers to join our team who pertinently reside in the Philippines. We are open to employment or contract workers so long as all qualifications are met.

The schedule we are looking to fill will be Thursday through Mondays with the following 8 hour shifts :

• Saturday & Sunday : 8AM - 6 : 30AM Easter Standard Time (Atlanta, Georgia)
• Weekdays || Mon, Tues & Wed : 10PM - 4 : 30AM Eastern Standard Time (Atlanta, Georgia)

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can multi-task, time manage duties, handle frequent interruptions, and have strong communication and follow up capabilities. Somone who is adaptive, innovative and outgoing in their communication skills. The perfect candidate will be someone who enjoys being on the phone with customers and communicating consistently through the day with field and administrative personnel by phone and digital communications. They will be comfortable with meeting set KPIs per their department standards and remaingin involved in End of Day and Data Reports.

Our team is looking for an experienced dispatcher who knows how to route jobs to technicians who can perform the work, be able to plan the daily route of each technician and predict their schedule and estimated times of completions. This associate will be comfortable calling, texting, multi-tasking and managing multiple tabs.

Must strong administrative background using email, calendar and chat communications such as Instant Messager and TEAMS. Must have a fast and consistently connected internet speed is required as this position handles time-sensitive tasks that require immediate response times to our clients on our availability. Strong skillsets involving scheduling or calendar management is a plus. The ability to perform basic math and assist dispatch as a whole in keeping track of the End Of Day Tie In Notes Report that all shifts are required to submit upon completion of their schedule.
