Job descriptionPerforms the role of a Proposal Writer and is responsible for completing RFPs, RFIs and Proactive Proposals. Ensures high quality output at all times and provides real-time assistance to clients. Work with the client to support them in process of completing RFP, RFI and Proactive Proposals. Project manage the RFP process from receipt of the document from the Client, to completion ensuring timely submission and productive use of resources College Degree Holder Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Proposal writing / RFP management Excellent communication skills School and work documents e.g. Diploma, TOR and COE, should be available on-hand HR Manager Interview (Virtual in Google Meet) Online Assessments Panel interview with the hiring managers (virtual in Google Meet) Soft Offer Discussion
JOB TITLE : SENIOR PROPOSAL WRITER
Work Set up :
- Hybrid Work but only after regularization.
- Work onsite during the first six months of probation period
Schedule : Permanent Night Shifting and PH holiday work
Salary : 50,000 - 90,000 depending on work experience
Work Location : Mandaluyong
