Digital Solutions Architect - Analytics and AI

Key Responsibilities

Direct Customer Engagement :

• Own responsibility for landing commercial agreements for software analytics products at specific named customers
• Conduct in-person and remote meetings to understand client requirements, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites for 1-2 weeks at a time to become fully embedded in customer processes.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within Cohu while turning them into advocates for Cohu software.

Pre-Sales Activities :

Software Applications Focus :

Work closely with engineering and development teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Solution Development & Delivery :

Qualifications

Bonus Skills or Background

Entrepreneurial experience, such as startup co-founder

Prior experience in sales, pre-sales engineering or technical consulting for software products.

Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Experience in both fab and assembly & test

Experience or training in user-centered design or user research

Software development experience

Experience using generative AI coding tools
