Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Monitor targeting, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI and engagement.
Email Marketing:
Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in Klaviyo, including templates, flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Design & Creative Development:
Create visually compelling ads, email templates, social graphics, and landing pages.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
Design wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
Collaborate with teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Coordinate with external agencies, review campaign performance, and ensure brand alignment.
Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain a cohesive marketing vision.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
Strong ability to integrate creative design with data-driven marketing strategies.
Other Requirements:
Proven experience collaborating effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive independently or in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
