Job Brief

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in fintech compliance and KYC / AML processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Governance, Tech, and Operations to enhance product flows that balance regulatory requirements with exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Governance, Tech, and Operations teams to ideate, build, and optimize onboarding related systems and workflows.
• Own and monitor key operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and process efficiency.
• Use data insights, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-focused product delivery.
