Job Description
Attends to all guests’ needs (ex. Refills, ashtrays, etc.) particularly in their section assigned.
Ensures that food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct.
Ensures that food and beverages ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company’s standard.
Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table setup following the company’s standards.
Ensure that guests in their section are assigned to settle their bills.
Keeps himself / herself updated and informed on new developments and directions communicated by management.
Provide feedback to the management of any guest’s comments, queries, and suggestions.
Contribute ideas, systems, and procedures for the service area.
Adheres to the company’s Code of Conduct.
Gives equal respect to his / her superiors and fellow employees.
Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his / her superior.
Qualifications
Open for female candidates
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
