We are looking for a self-sufficient, tech-savvy, and service-driven support professional to join our growing real estate operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients through live chat, email, and phone.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning independently, can manage multiple communication channels at once, and is comfortable building client-facing responses without relying solely on templates. Strong English skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support Clients : Serves as the first point of contact for agents, brokers, and clients seeking platform assistance via chat, email, and phone using tools like Intercom, Dialpad, and Salesforce.
Troubleshoot Issues : Assists users with basic troubleshooting (e.g., browser compatibility, password resets, connectivity issues)
General Support : Guide users through platform challenges and self-learn tools to stay one step ahead.
Escalation Cases : May assist with testing and researching issues before they become problems.
Process Oriented : Follow a standard operating procedure for issue resolution, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and real estate-specific knowledge to support client retention
What You’ll need
2+ years of customer support or technical experience
Experience in live chat or tech support environments
Strong written and verbal English—able to write your own professional replies
Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and task tools
Quick to learn new systems and troubleshoot on your own
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Willing to work a flexible schedule between 8 AM – 10 PM ET, including weekends (you’ll get two weekdays off)
Nice to Have
Real estate support
Understanding of CRM tools, transaction management platforms, or MLS systems.
Familiarity with platforms like Intercom, Dialpad, Salesforce, or Google Workspace

Compensation :
Starting Salary : $6,600 USD annually
Performance-Based Raises up to $8,400 USD
Bonus incentive $200-$400 / mo USD based on exceeding metrics
