Governance and Compliance Head role at Yondu, Inc., Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Project Governance - provide oversight and guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet objectives. Establish project governance framework, define project management practices, and conduct project reviews.
- Policy Development - implement delivery governance policies and procedures; standardize processes across the organization (IT security, project management, service management, risk management).
- Risk Management - identify and assess related risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage risk; establish process for monitoring and reporting risks to stakeholders and collaborate with business units to implement risk controls.
- Delivery Performance Measurements - establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate delivery operations; monitor SLAs, track service performance, and measure process maturity.
- Root Cause Analysis - provide detailed RCA on escalations or issues; report findings weekly / monthly to Delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Governance Awareness - provide training and programs to enhance understanding of IT governance across delivery teams and stakeholders; promote policies, standards, and processes.
- Stakeholder Management - communicate salient quality issues and business opportunities to key management stakeholders.
- Training and Development - build and deliver Operational / Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
Audit and Compliance
Project audits related to Operational Procedures (Project Management, Project Implementation Plans, project documents, Delivery Excellence activities).Annual audits on compliance with company policies (BCP, Data Privacy) and ISO 27001.Internal Audit, tracking of observation items, audit plans and checklists.CMMI and TMMI compliance audits, tracking action items, continual improvement, and coordination with external auditors.Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT Audit, Governance, or Delivery Excellence.Experience with CMMI / TMMI and ISO certifications.Minimum 5 years of experience in operational compliance requirements and service reporting including Service Level management.Skills
Background in ITSM and software development.Solid project management skills, including change and implementation management, risk and issue management, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.Experience driving projects remotely or in a virtual environment; up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization.Seniority level
